Amendment C50 to Moreland Planning Scheme Prepared
At the request of Melbourne Water, Moreland City Council has prepared Amendment C50 to the Moreland Planning Scheme.
The amendment affects approximately 950 properties throughout Moreland.
The amendment proposes to update the boundaries of the Special Building Overlay (SBO) and the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO) in the Scheme.
A panel hearing has been scheduled to address the issues of all those who made submissions to the amendment.
