Q. How long does it take for my application to be assessed?
A. A maximum of 28 days is taken to assess and respond to an application.
Q. Do I have to pay any fees? If so, how much?
A. All Build overs, stormwater connections and Authority and Public Works attract a fee (current fees). Please note a refundable bond (amount to be determined by Melbourne Water) may also be required to be payed depending on the type and scope of works.
Q. What is a build over?
A. A build over is when a property owner plans to build near, on or above an easement, pipe or other asset controlled by Melbourne Water.
